doesnt anticoagulate following surgery and got a blood clot. this has happened to others i know that he saw.
I really like Dr. Thomas and I have never had a problem with him until the past few days. I took my daughter in for an appt. with a horrible cold. She is up all night coughing with a sore throat and intermittent fevers and the shakes. The doctor said that he would think of a cough medicine to call in since the OTCs were not working. It has been over 24 hours since the appt. and I have called 4 times and not a single call-back. My daughter hasn't slept for over 24 hours. Don't know what to do now.
The best!!!bedside manner is great. Always listens. Will send you where and for whatever you need. Love him!!!
I recommend Dr Black to everyone I know. He and his staff are wonderful. I had a crushed knee cap he fixed me as good as new I have no pain 1 year later doing great. Freeman Hospital is also top notch. Every department I was in Emergency Room, Surgery , Medsurge Floor. Everyone from the Doctors to the housekeeper were very professional , kind and I felt like I was the only patient that mattered..
My husband and I both think Dr. Thomas is just the best in our book. He is so kind and concern and is never in a hurry to get you out but listens. We think a lot of this man, and love him.
Dr. Thomas ia a wonderful Dr. He is very caring and knowledgeable. He has great follow-up on your conditions. If he schedules lab work for you, he follows it up with an appt. to talk to you about the results and his recommendations based on the results. He pays attention to your symptoms both physically and emotionally. If he notices anything that alarms him on anything or is just worried about you, he calls you at home. We've seen Dr. Thomas for quite awhile...wouldn't see any other General Practitioner. He has a wonderful bed side manner and truly wants to help. LOVE HIM!
I feel Dr. Black is the most knowledgeable in orthopedics. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
he fixed my son's broken arm after another dr really screwed it up. the other dr left my son's arm nearly immobile because of his poor care. Dr. Black had to surgically repair the damage made because of the other dr's lack concern for the 17 year old's physical well-being. My son wanted to be a police officer, but that was in doubty until Dr. Black was able to correct damage caused by the other dr's lack of concern & restore most of my son's movement & feeling - he has great manner - really cares about his patients.
