Dr. Spady and his staff are wonderful. The staff were very helpful when I called on the phone for information. You never feel rushed when you are in the office and, Dr. Spady listens to what you have to say.
Dr. Spadey is a wonderful doctor. I would love to be his patients. But because his staff are horrible I will not be returning to his Keller office. I have never been treated so wrongfully. The ladies there don't even care what you have to say. They just want to interrupt you. They have no heart, especially Pam who works in scheduling and another lady who works in billing. I work in healthcare so I'm especially embarrassed and upset that these two ladies even have jobs in healthcare. 04/13/2015
