My prior dentist and personal friend retired and I was in need of a new dentist. I obtained a list of dentists that took my health insurance and Dr. Skeels was on the list. I called his office and was invited to come in and have an examination. Dr. Skeels was very welcoming and gave an through examination and made recommendations. My family and I have been going to Dr Skeels for the past 20+ years. We have found them to be very caring and compassionate from the Receptionist to the hygienist and dental assistant. He is painless and very thorough.They are very professional and value their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Skeels. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thy are also very accommodating.. 😀
I made clear when I set up the initial appointment that I was interested in a few specific fillings only, and I repeated it at each of the THREE appointments that followed: Introductory, xray examination, and finally the formal sales presentation. He ignored me each time, and that alone sets me off, but I've been in professional sales all my life, and I know when I'm being handled by a big money closer. Watch out for the "shock and awe" pictures -- a major profit center for dentists!
Excellent state of the art facility, friendly staff, great dentist with a gentle hand. No pain procedures is what I love! Thank you Dr SKeels and staff for always giving me an excellent experience.
I used to say that I would rather go through child birth than go to the dentist...I don't fear the dentist anymore...or dread going anymore. They are fun and very good at what they do...no pain and compassion is definitely one of their strong points...they work together like a fine tuned instrument.
