I was really skeptical after reading the reviews but both my endocrinologist and my ENT recommended Dr. Lieu. He was really good at making me feel comfortable and explaining to me what he was gonna do during the biopsy and how I was gonna feel, he did an incredible job. I did try to get a biopsy at different places, but everyone said they wouldn’t able to reach the place that it was and Dr. Lieu got it the first time. He even checked to make sure he got enough sample to make sure I get a result.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Lieu and his team. From the start, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making a real effort to get me scheduled quickly, which I truly appreciated. During my visit, Dr. Lieu’s bedside manner stood out right away. He was calm, attentive, and reassuring. I found the physician and his staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I received my results the next day. I highly recommend Dr. Lieu. Thank you so much for your professionalism and caring treatment towards me, I greatly appreciated it.
The front desk lady who speaks Cantonese and Chinese is very rude and impatient. Also our appointment is 10am, but we had to wait 45 mins.
They are so nice and helpful. I get panic attacks from needles and they took very good care of me!
