I wish I had already written this review. While I had a couple of issues going on with that looked to be more serious than they were, when I came into Dr Zeiger, the first thing he did was chuckle and said what did you do? Eat a big chunk of ice smothered in salt? And after thinking about it for a few weeks, I was like, oh, my God, he is right! I had a 3 week fast and wanted a taste of something, so being no calories, I had a glass of salted ice. Hindsight is how stupid was that, of course. But I had seen several health prof... read more

Thank you Mike C for sharing your experience regarding the front staff. We deeply apologize for your experience. Due to staff that did not fit our expectations of professionalism, Dr Zeiger and I are managing all appointments, billing, etc. on our own. We feel the front desk is the first impression of the practice and unfortunately the individuals that were hired in the past did not do a good job of being professional.
