This is specifically for Dr. Sansoterra. Absolutely awful. Went there to ask for guidance on where to seek help on losing weight. Got a TWO HOUR lecture about how we as a society have strayed from God and that is why the girls of this generation are depressed, anxious, and/or overweight. Extremely inappropriate. Even as a small child he made me uncomfortable.
PLEASE READ ALL......I actually requested a different dr after a visit with him, i complained to the next physician, which unknowingly at the time, turned out to be his WIFE!! Don't know who said whatafter my complaint and request for my kids to be seen by someone else from that point on...dont know if anything was said at all.. and was actually not such a big complaint after after being explained why the he may have talked in that manor in the first place. This is strictly for Dr. Santerra. I don’t when you thought it was your place to lecture me about the choices I make with my body regarding my gender expression but you are an ignorant person. You talked about god and how you “cared about me” when I was only there for a checkup not a sermon speech” left your office the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been. My son and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Sansoterra. He's so down to Earth, warm hearted, kind and extremely intelligent. He's definitely earned my trust with my family and I highly recommend him as your families pediatrician. Oh, and his office personnel are some of the finest medical staff out there. They're great!
They are very disorganized... so sad when they merged with one health ohio.
