There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
