Dr David Hall has restored my trust in the dentistry industry as a whole. He has explained to me piece by piece how my jaw is alligned, and fixed all of my issues with teeth grinding along with filling my smile in with resin! Over $6000 in out of pocket charges for a dental implant plus insurance reimbursements and the bite alignment is off and the lower gums have pain from the fitting. Dr. Hall wanted to charge my 84 yo mother to fix the error. I am very disappointed about this issue as I have been a customer of Dr. Hall and he has done a better job.
Not only is Dr. Hall a very compassionate dentist, his staff are the same staff that have always been with him. People like Barbara, his assistant, Lisa at the front desk, and Pam- my Hygienist are genuinely HAPPY people and make my visits a joy instead of a terror. Even though Dr. Hall moved to Garner several years ago, we still visit him exclusively and we travel from North Raleigh. We would not do that except for the exceptional treatment and care. Explanations are true 2 way consultations.
I have been going to Dr Hall for several years now. He has straightened out all my problems by making a priority list and we have knocked it out over time as I could afford to do the work There is no other dentist for me and even moving 2 hours away has not stopped me from continuing to see him. He is the best!!!
