After viewing MRI results that indicated metastatic cancer, I had to call the office to ask about next steps. All they could offer me was an appointment in a week or 2 to speak with the doctor. The doctor wouldn't talk to me on the phone. No one even pretended to care. I work with specialists who go out of their way to review concerning tests results directly with their patients. I was in total disbelief. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
This doctor didn’t care about his patients. He is irresponsible and elusive. What a nightmare to have dealt with him
Was talked into a treatment for Peyronie's called "Gainswave" - very expensive and not covered by insurance. It was very uncomfortable and ultimately worthless. This practice had a big sign right in the waiting room touting the benefits of this procedure, when I reported that it didn't work the response was "give is another $2000 and we'll try again." Extremely disappointed.
Dr. Cozzolino is one of the finest urologists I have ever had. He was recommended to me by a cousin, a Nurse Practitioner, who worked with him at Christiana Hospital. I've be going to Dr Cozzolino now for just about 10 years. I have Interstitial Cystitis, a rare bladder condition. He treats a number of people with the same condition, staying current with the latest research. Although tremendously busy, he will listen to you and give you the time you need. Very important! He's the best!
When my prostate infection came back I called daily for a week, finally his lead nurse Nicole said I was mistaken, but my pain was horrid. I then said that I needed to get into him urgently because you are incorrect and we need to culture immediately. They could squeeze me 6 weeks out because his schedule is full for 5 months. I then asked for another doctor and they denied because I was Cozzolino's patient. I had to leave the practice to get a culture, which was positive. (full review on google
Already recommended him to friends! Had a vasectomy. Simple, painless and easy! Very happy.
Dr. Cozzolino has been treating me for Peyrones' Disease and he has really outperformed any expectations that I had at the outset. Not only is clearly top in his field, but he is excellent to work with. He personally cares about getting each of his patients the best possible outcome. I would be comfortable telling anyone that there is no better care available.
Dr Cozzolino has been my urologist from first diagnosis of bladder cancer in 2015 through my recent radical cystectomy surgery in early 2017. Throughout this entire process, he has been available, reassuring and accessible for questions. While it is impossible to evaluate how another surgeon might have handled my case, I am extremely pleased with Dr Cozzolino's expertise and proficiency as a surgeon and with his concern for and care of his patient.
Dr. Cozzolino has been taking care of me for some years. He's easy to talk to and offers options for treatment based on one's condition.
