I was referred to the office by another doctor concerned I may have Graves' disease - when I called to make an appointment she told me he was booked for the next 4 months. I again explained I was referred for specific testing and a possibly serious concern and the receptionist just said "ooook?".....I asked if I could or if I should call someone else and again I merely got "ok". Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
I was very happy going to Dr. Levinson. He was a very caring doctor. He was very thorough and explained everything. Unfortunately, my work changed insurance and he is not a provider in my new insurance's network. I have not been able to find an endocrinologist that I like since I had to stop going to him.
