Stay away. I was referred to Dr. Howard by a company that help military Veterens file claims. I contacted Dr Howard and he advised me he would only see me after he has revived his retainer $350 an hour and he needs 1 hour to review my records, 1 hour to evaluate me and 1 hour to write his report.
