The office of Dr Ho inside the Azusa Costco has been awesome. I am a first time contact lense wearer and Dr Lisa Chea was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. The front of office staff are amazing as well and contributed to my experience. Highly recommend the office of Dr Ho and the folks who work there. Great service!

After weeks and f waiting for my appointment (urgently, as I have changes in my eyesight that are concerning), I arrive only to be told they don’t take my vision program. They knew for 3 weeks who my insurance was through. Now I have to start over with finding a new optometrist and waiting another month or more before my vision problem can be addressed. There is no excuse for this kind of incompetence.
