David has an incredible ability to obfuscate patient requests for a change in POC, when they feel treatment is falling short. His ability to display 100% disregard for his patients’ emotional state is astounding. You would think a Psychiatrist would be capable of engaging with emotionally vulnerable people without resulting to childish insults, but you would be amazed at his ability to demean his patients!
