My 3-year-old and I visited the clinic today after my son had been complaining of back pain for the last 9 months. I felt like Dr Hartshorn was very informative regarding the results of tests we had completed prior and he engaged with my son really well. I left the appointment quite satisfied with the service and information we received. Furthermore, the customer service from the lovely receptionist was 10/10. She was extremely welcoming and kind to us.
