I would give less stars if that were an option. David worked at Sam's club in Muskegon which is where I have always gone to have my eyes checked. David recommended cataract surgery and would have someone get a hold of me. That was in September and it's now mid June. I haven't heard from a surgeon. I have called David several times in the span of 6 weeks just asking to have a surgeon get a hold of me to fix my eyes and he hasn't returned one call. Still no response on my glasses I have been waiting for since September of last year.
Used to really like going here. The last few months have been frustrating with returning calls and communication. Disappointed.
My kids and I have seen Dr. Harkema for years. He is an amazing optometrist. His staff is friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of frames. I would recommend them to anyone.
