I came to Dr Haralson with concerns of my aging skin. I'm a boomer and a post partier of the 70's! Need I say more? Sun damage smoker for 55 plus years and drinking anyways I had plenty of issues with my face. But my biggest concern was that I did not want to look like I had a bunch of work done, I didn't want to look like a reptile ! That stretched fake look. I wanted to look rested . The front desk staff said loudly for the whole lobby to hear "Oops, I mixed up two patients" when we were waiting for a wisdom teeth removal consultation. The office did not review financial policies or our financial obligations until after the consultation. This was in August and I am now receiving a bill for the consultation (that I was told was free). This office will scam you and only cares about taking your money. I have called the office and the billing department to resolve the billing with no assistance.
Great experience at this office. Dr. Haralson and staff are experienced and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as possible both during your procedure and afterward. I recommend them highly.
Dr. Dave Haralson is by far the best, most friendly cosmetic surgeon /oral surgeon I hav ever been to. Dr Dave and Kelly went far and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. His entire staff was so friendly and reassuring. I was nervous about my procedures brow lift, lip lift , mini face tightening and upper eye lids, but really shouldn't have been. The Doctor and his staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The Doctor performed life saving emergency surgery on me and says, “I’m the tuff guy”. If you need surgery that is related to his specialties I highly recommend them.
