Was ecstatic when my husband & I first found Dr Rosenstein as a primary care provider & did not want to lose him We signed up for MDVIP. Had the unfortunate emergency on a Friday early evening needed to contact Dr Rosenstein by phone for advice, he picked up on the second ring and provided clear instructions to present to the Emergency Room.
