After arriving for my initial visit 30 min. early as instructed I spent over an hour waiting to be seen. When I, I mean my group (4 patients were called at the same time, lined up like kindergarteners and led down the hall to exam rooms) was finally called on I spoke to a nurse and spent another 30 min. waiting. Finally, the nurse returned to tell me that the doctor would need me to have an x-ray in order to assist my diagnosis.
