Had been a patient for many years at this office. Dr. Gouett himself is a good dentist. However, things seemed to have changed over the last while. My last visit, I encountered the "worst dental hygenist" ever! If you don't mind a lack of care attitude towards your dental care, then this is your spot. Otherwise, Kingston has a multitude of dentists to choose from. Good Luck.
Just got back from an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. This clinic is by far the best one I've been to. I am super nervous from dental appointments and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Holmes treated me with a lot of kindness, understanding, and respect to my situation. The staff explained the diagnosis to me, what they can do to fix it, and what they suggest for future. I was lucky enough to just get a filling for my broken tooth. Patient, kind, and helpful staff. Several years ago, I brought my little toddler here for his first 'check-up' (i.e., counting teeth & complimentary magic show!), and everyone went above-and-beyond to make sure he was at ease. Ever since that first visit, he has never had any issues with his appointments. Today, he brought along his little brother to watch the process and hopefully give him a positive first experience too.
