I'm not one to post reviews but I'm compelled by this incident. I am a patient and tried to make an appt with the doctor this morning. I was told I had been dropped as a patient because it had been more than 3 years since my last visit. And that this is Mayo's policy across the system. I searched online and could find nothing about such a policy. At any rate, what does this say about their standard of care.
