Talks too fast, short visit, confusing. He said if tickle in my throat didn't clear up with a gerd diet to come back in a month and we'd do a throat X-Ray. So after 6 weeks I called and told the receptionist that I needed to see dr Owens for a throat X-Ray. When I went in today they said they had in their notes that my X Ray was the next step, but they had scheduled a follow up visit instead. And the office manager said they felt I must be to blame as well so either pay or find a new ent. Nice

Spent about 10 seconds examining me before leaving. Less than 5 minutes total fact to face. Left feeling extremely uneasy about the surgery and him as a surgeon (LITERALLY first words out of his mouth were this surgery may result in death, bleeding out, and severe complications -- for a routine tonsillectomy!!!). Friends and colleagues are amazed he is still able to practice with his surgical history and bedside manner. Under no circumstances see him!

Doctor was very impersonal. Spent little time with the patient and time spent was rushed and rough. Doctor did not wear gloves. An object was left in the patient after care was completed.
