Very abrupt almost rude The wait time is ridiculous. One hour wait to see him and he spent maybe 2 min with me. I saw him for sinus problems. He recommends surgery. I will not have him Perform it. He is very roughy during sinus scope I can't imagine how he is during surgery. I wish I had seen these review prior to scheduling appt with him.
He had removed 1/2 of my thyroid. Up till surgery I was pleased with his demeanor and performance. I saw him for about 30 seconds prior to surgery and not one moment since. Post surgery I dealt with his nurses in the hospital and I was "released" and sent home within 7 hours of arriving at the hospital. I was sent home with a 7 gash across my throat. The next week I went in to see him for a drain removal and he wouldn't come in, but had his nurse do it. A very poor bed side manner. Part 1
I went in because I had ringing in my ear. While I was already there, I mentioned I might have sinus infection and he said he would take a look. Instead of taking a quick peak, he used a scope... That is considered surgery. Cost me $667. When I contacted the office to complain they told me that Dr. Gossman doesn't know how much procedures he performs cost. How can you be a trusted provider if you don't understand the financial consequences of your actions?

Dr. Gossman took the time to answer all questions and didn't seem in a hurry. He was very easy to talk to and had a down-to-earth personality. We liked him very much.
