I saw Dr. Gossman for sinus pain. He spent less then 15 minutes with me, didn't help me at all and charged me $1,383. I called billing, thinking this had to be a mistake and the rude woman told me I had to pay it. I was making payments of $200 a month for the first 3 months. Then $75 or $50 after that. Must not of been enough because they sent it to collections.
Broke my nose on Saturday and ended up in the ER. Dr. Gossman fit me in for a follow-up visit in a very timely manner. His bedside manner was friendly, compassionate and professional. His staff was friendly and efficient.
My consultation visit was over $1,500 because the doctor mentioned surgery. Outrageous to me as I had a different issue that I wanted addressed and I still don't have an answer. I (and family) will be seeking new providers/facility. The support staff was extremely difficult to work with. Customer service of the manager was by far the worst that I have ever had to deal with. I would never expect to be treated with such disrespect when requesting information about the treatment that I had.
Dr. Gardon is arrogant and pushy, and has the bedside manor of a rattlesnake. He does not give a person time to think about their condition before he pushes for surgery, then gets angry when you refuse for 'wasting his time'.
Dr. Schuh performed an extraction effectively and kindly. He was smiley, reassuring and allowed me plenty of nitrous oxide so that I could endure the procedure with minimal anxiety and discomfort. He also performed the same procedure for a family member who had recommended Dr. Schuh to me. This man is strong, a desirable characteristic in someone who removes teeth.
Excellent Doctor. Did my tonsils, and just did my daughter's tonsils and adenoids today, and will be doing my other daughters next month. Straight forward, answers all questions, and great bedside manor. Highly recommend Dr. Gossman.
Treats his staff horribly. Talks about his patients behind them. Awful MD. He says he cares but all he cares about is $$$$$. I would never take a beloved family member to see him. Save yourself the time and see someone else.
Very professional and competent, but also has a good sense of humor and a good bedside manner. I trust him completely. Had both orthoscopic surgery and a complete knee replacement and was very satisfied with the surgery and the post-op treatments.
Dr Kuester has done foot surgery, replaced a knee and hip, removed a cyst, knee scope and numerous injections. He is always very professional and kind. Everything is explained so you understand and all questions answered. More important you never feel rushed. I highly recommend him.
