Most recent update, almost a month later: A corrected claim was sent to my insurance but I've never heard back about scheduling the MRI and there has been no evidence of a pre-authorization request having been received by my insurance. I've sent 2 followup messages. I went to see him instead of my typical provider at Cutting edge because at my previous appointment 3 weeks prior I was told if my ankle wasn't significantly better after a total of 6 weeks in a walking that I would need an MRI. After mutilating both feet one foot turned completely sideways and the other deformed, I went to see him cause a small callous on my toe. He shaved down bunions on both feet extremely deep and I had a infection went septic got MRSA and almost died, I was in the hospital almost a month and then to a rehab center for 45 days mostly IV antibiotics infusions. As a patient with "issues" I'm so thankful we found Dr Farnen! I was facing an invasive surgery with talk of plates & screws with the possibility of it not healing anyway Dr Farnen performed a minimally invasive outpatient surgery & I immediately felt less pain than before surgery and 2wks later the bone is healing!!! Excellent staff.
