Dr.David Esraeli overbooks patients and you are guarenteed to wait in the office 20/30 mins. past your appointment start time. Additionally, the cleaning is poor quality due to the new hired staff. I had chipped teeth that they didn't want to fix and wanted to recommend that I get invisalign instead. Before one of my appointments they didn't confirm a day in advanced so I assumed it was cancelled. I believe this to be highly unprofessional. The front girl worker that answers the phone is so rude ! She shouldn’t be treating customers the way she does ! Very unprofessional to the fullest ! She could be a guy the way she talks, started cussing at me and being very rude ! That girl that’s acts like a boy should be fire !!!!!!
The best dentist I have ever seen. Dr. Esraeli is very knowledgeable, honest, professional and caring. He is very gentle and precise. Highly recommended. Thank you Doctor.
