I first met Dr. Phillips when I was a patient at Sacred Heart Hospital in Miramar Beach. He was brought in to a team of providers as I was very ill with multiple symptoms including pneumonia. He was not only very proficient in his specialty, but also very helpful as a team player to my overall care team and kind, helpful and knowledgeable to me personally. You can NEVER get through to the office. I get notices like invalid number or the call just won't go through.

He closed his office. Did not inform his patients and now we are left without a means to obtain our medical records. Yep, he is rated a 1 out of 5. Can I say 0 out of 5.
