How can David Nelson have a showing practice when his office is permanently closed. He and his family has been traveling all Europe and other countries as of last year from his post on Facebook. I was one of his fb friends and a patient for yrs. He has not been on fb this year as I have seen. Very strange situation there. maybe he is got caught for fraud some place and waiting trial.
