My husband started seeing Dr. Bobman due to abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting that lasts a week or more each episode. He can’t move with it. Dr. Bobman did both an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I was in the waiting room and getting frightened as had heard nothing wayyyyy past the time it should have been over. The people in their office are seriously incompetent. Impossible to get straight answers about insurance or scheduling and wasted so much time on hold (nearly an hour every time I called). When requested the order to go to a different practice to get the procedure done, they refused to give us one. Now we are starting over. Don't waste your time. This place is run like a factory.
I have previously been to WCGI and was not happy with either provider or the practice itself. I saw another GI practice who saw me as only a biopsy result and nothing more. I needed a second opinion and planned on going to Jeff/Penn but was met with appointment date beginning in October and beyond. I've been a patient of Dr Bobman's for years. He's listened to my concerns and allayed my fears. He points out anything found in any test and explains it so you understand. He is a very good doctor.
Absolutely horrible treatment. Dr Bobman was disrespectful and did not even pretend to care about my symptoms. Was told I needed an endoscopy but the “scheduler” was unable to give me an appointment. Still waiting for them “to get back to me.” Who treats people like this? Find another doctor.
A great doctor. Listened to my concerns and respected my opinions as to treatment. Personally called me with informtion.
I've been to Dr Bobman multiple times. Very pleasant staff. Excellent care. If needed I wouldn't hesitate to go to him.
Dr Bobman was caring I was very sick with stomach issues for years went to see him got my gallbladder taken out and have been feeling good thank god for dr Bobman
