I was so grateful to be able to get an appointment this week after putting up with 4 weeks of great discomfort and lots of whinging. I was warmly greeted by both ladies at reception and following my appointment, Magi was so patient and reassuring, answering my questions and guiding me through aspects of the planned operation and gave special emphasis on the importance of rehabilitation.
