I’ve had to wait for a long time (unreasonable amount of time) in the examination room multiple times. The front office staff are short with clients. Dr. Dong was attentive once and then declined in attentiveness. The female Dr gives more attention to the clients. Because I pay for my health insurance I had issues getting my babies needed at this office. I work too hard to pay for my insurance to be treated like an imposition. Sadly this is the direction in behavior that most health care workers/doctors are in or headed to.

There awful the services and do not put patient priorities first for certain things to get submitted and processed there a joke and they never answer you have to call three times in order for them to answer the phone So now have to wait longer how they run thing and just dr. Everybody in a rush there like let’s just say the care and team work is not how it used to be back in 2014

Dr. David Dong is truly the best pediatrician in the Inland Empire.** He treats my children with genuine care and kindness, always taking the time to ensure they feel comfortable and well-cared for. Even when they’re sick and fussy, they light up when they see him—which says everything about the trust and warmth he brings to his practice. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dong to all new moms looking for a compassionate and dependable doctor for their little ones. A huge Shout out to his staff but especially Sol!!

I've known Dr. Dong for 10 years now, he is the MVP. I've seen some staff come and go, they've always been kind and courteous to me (some more than others) but great office nonetheless. There aren't many Dr's like Dr. Dong anymore and he will forever be a part of my family's heart.
