Dr Tran is very professional ,nice and kind. Thanks so much for taking care of me and my Mom .
Although Dr. Tran is very competent and his staff is good, he shows little respect for patients time. On two separate, recent occasions I have waited for him, after my initial testing by a technician, for over 35 minutes. The first time I could hear him talking to drug reps in an adjoining room while I waited in an examine room. The second time it appeared he was talking to a group of visiting students while I waited in an exam room. My appointment was 1 pm and Dr. Tran saw me at 3:45! He didn’t apologize and told me that since I was an existing patient, my next visit would be a shorter waiting time of an hour and a half! He spent ten minutes with me after I waited almost three hours to see him.
