Dr. Tran in the short 2 months of me knowing him has taken his time to understand and help out any concern I have had for my health. He has thoroughly discussed all options I had given my concerns too and professionally guided me in the right direction to help monitor and control it. I will gladly and strongly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone with questions about anything medical as well as anyone unsure of how to approach the right steps to getting their concerns answered.
Prescribed me add medication without psych visit and this medication ruined my life!!
The doctor is reasonably compentent, however: 1. Wait times are unreasonable. Average time to wait with an appointment is 30-45 minutes. 2. Staff are incompetent, almost comical in inability to handle patient records and prescriptions. 3. Office manager is extremely surly as though she was doing you a favor by letting you see the doctor. 4. I think this doctor has too many patients.
Even when seeing Dr. Tran almost monthly he still has to be reminded why I'm there. After waiting sometimes for over an hour he asks a few questions for maybe 5 minutes then sends you on your way. The staff don't return calls. They don't submit orders or communicate at all & won't admit their negligence. A nurse was very condescending and said they don't have time to return calls because they are busy with patients and in clinic! Very frustrating to deal with and I will be finding a new Dr.
Unable to reach office!! Every time I need something I have to drive to office. I've even called from outside of office and watched the receptionist just sit at desk and not answer phone. This is sad at a doctors office, I'd understand if I was calling Office Depot but I needed medication refills.
poor communication, four attempts to have a call back or a pharmacy called. very poor customer service. staff either incompetent, dont care or overwhelmed.
Love Dr. Tran, he is the only doctor who takes the time to know you and speaks to you on a one on one bases. He does not heard you in and out like cattle, which I most doctors do these days. His staff is the best, always very polite and ready to assist you in any way.
Amazing Doctor that actually cares about his patients! I have recommended Dr David D Tran to my family, friends and coworkers.
