After waiting 50 minutes from the time, my appointment was scheduled, I went up to the receptionist and mentioned that my appointment was at 8:15 (it was now 9:00). She answered, “Right”. I then said it was 9:00, after which she, again, said , “Right”. I wish I had thought to say, “Wrong”! Anyway, I asked, if I had checked in properly on the kiosk? She said, that had.
