dr Craig and staff are great. I wasn't fond of dentist work and dr Craig and team really turned that around
I was having a very hard time finding a dentist to except ODSP coverage. All other dentists just wanted to pull all me teeth. Dr.Craig’s office did a full exam and told me all I needed was 2 teeth pulled and I also apply for the Canadian dental plan and if accepted, they’re willing to work with that and ODSP as well. Great appointment, very friendly staff. And would recommend them to everyone.
Professional staff and services.
Would not recommend this place to anyone, I was told by Dr.Craig that I had 3 cavities in my back molars and that they would need to be filled, I did not have the money at the time and decided to wait. Fast forward 5 years later and I'm now at a new dentist, they looked at my teeth and took x-rays, everything that was needed, and no cavities. My new dentist even uses an AI system to run the x-rays through just in case the naked eye missed anything.... nothing no cavities. So this has me believe that Dr.Craigs tried to get me... read more
Horrific experience because the female dental student filed down all 4 of my K9’s without asking permission. I feel so violently betrayed, since they shouldn’t have even been touching that tooth. It was one of my front teeth that had a cavity. STAY AWAY
