Noticed that eyesight changed since last visit, some things that were optional are now mandatory due to tele-doc change. Dr and staff were very nice and accommodating.
The optometrist was virtual on an iPad and the technicians did not seem to know what they were doing. We are not going back
Great experience at Pearle. First time with a telehealth eye exam. Neat experience. In-person tech was great. So was the doc! 100% recommended.
The manager Katie and the eye technician were so sweet and accommodating.
