Dr. Cipriano was a godsend to our family. Our younger son struggled with bipolar disorder since puberty, and Dr. Cipriano helped guide us through some of the severe downs that my son would have. At times, he was the only person my son would speak to. I always felt safe - that my son was being taken care of with Dave. As a teacher, I even ran into him at times, and IEP meetings for some of my students, the parents of whom also felt that Dr. Cipriano was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional.
