My initial consultation with David was fine, he gave me my options and sent me on my way to think about whether I wanted to have surgery or not. I then returned for my follow up appointment with confirmation that I would like to do surgery, and as soon as possible to get the rehab done sooner. He seemed perplexed that I would have made my decision so quickly, and didn't seem to take me seriously. Made an appointment with Dr Christie after being stuffed around by the Public Hospital with some trepidation on what decision to make with his continual patella dislocations. After 5 minutes in his office, not only had he dispelled our fear and concerns but also had a plan and a time for surgery laid out that suited our time schedule. My son is training to play Rugby professionally so this was essential to get right. Nearly 4 months on and everything is going very well. Nice man to deal with also. Thank you.
I had a shoulder reconstruction Dr David did a fantastic job ~ over 10 years ago still no pain & have full use of the shoulder today in 2024 ~ great surgeon
Good surgeon but not with any other appointments. Had surgery and then post op appointment wasn’t for nearly 6 weeks after the date. Then when the post op appointment has finally arrived he is over an hour late. Also receptionist didn’t call until the day to confirm the appointment. What is the point in having an appointment if he is so late. I understand things come up but come on mate this is ridiculous.
Pretty interesting...he cancelled my appointment without even getting to see him, my dr had made the appt...the reason he gave..think you should stay in the public system...no further explaination...um is this because its workcover?? Im sorry a truck ramp fell on me at work left me with multiple fractures...ill just rot in the public system...thanks for absolutely nothing mate
