I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had an appointment scheduled a month in advance, but right before the appointment date, they suddenly told me it had to be rescheduled because the doctor had other plans. Although inconvenient, I adjusted my schedule and agreed to a new appointment time. When I finally came in for what I believed would be a routine cleaning covered by my insurance, I waited for almost an hour before being seen.
