This doctor's office is nice, but their staff is horrendous. Their physician's assistant is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate person I have ever had to deal with in the medical field. I highly recommend that potential patients search for another doctor in the Statesville area that will take their health seriously, unlike this office. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, and nothing was accomplished. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.
There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them.
