Dr. Carroll, is very pleasant and has a wonderful staff that performs what the public likes which is (team work). His staff members are very competent, patient and professional. Their billing process has always been timely and efficient. Every billing statement received from their office has been accurate and pleasant. I have been their patient for approximately two years.
