Dr. McClenahan is absolutely wonderful! His staff is so courteous, professional, and happy! They set the tone for a great appointment. I had 2 teeth roots removed and I did not feel anything... Not even the injections. (I am a needle chicken and this is the very first time I never felt a "pinch" or a "little jab") I am so glad my dentist recommended Dr. McClenahan, and I would highly recommended this Dr. to everyone. He rate him a 10!
I have seen Dr. McClenahan several times through the years - for a gum transplant, for periodontal work, and most recently for a few extractions and an implant. He is passionate about his work, explains what he's doing (and what's so cool about it), and I trust him and his staff implicitly. Further, he comes highly recommended by my very persnickety general dentist and they seem to coordinate their work very well. I couldn't be happier (well, unless of course my teeth were perfect and I didn't need to see him at all!)
Dr McClenahan does very nice work. I'd give 5 stars except for 1 thing --- billing. If you go for a regular checkup (cleaning + periodic evaluation), most denists bill these are 2 separate items. So, insurance will cover both. Dr. McClenahan lumps it all into cleaning - so the insurance company just see 1 very expensive cleaning - and will not cover it all - so you will usually have $40- $50 "out of pocket" expenses. I've mentioned this to them several times, but his office not change.
Friendly, fast and very professional. Surgery was totally painless during and afterwards. I wish I'd met Dr McClenahan and his staff long ago.
I have had excellent experience with Dr McClenahan and his assistant, Jill. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend
He is just a liar, I've got two dental implants and they look terrible. When I first went for consultation he told me I was a good candidate and the implants will look nice, so I had surgery for bone grafting and then another surgery for the implants, spent $10,000 and the results are so disappointing. And now he told me that it is what it is and he can't make it any better( of course I already payed him). I'm seriously considering my legal options here.

Mr. Juan is unhappy with the crowns that restore the implants he had placed in our office. Dr. McClenahan did NOT place said crowns as they are prepared and placed by his general dentist.
