Dr. David Mares saved my Mother's life! He is absolutely amazing, not only as a doctor, as a human being! There is not enough thanks & gratitude I could ever give this man in my lifetime! My Mother was immediately transferred from Henry County Hospital to Acension St Vincent (Anderson, In) to the Critical Care Unit, Dr. Mares was assigned to her & she had suffered cardiac arrest and respiratory failure, also she had a fractured sternum & pneumonia. Dr Mares was the one who took care of me when I had COVID back in 2021. I almost died. In fact he thought I wasn’t going to make it. I did, thanks to him. I will NEVER see another pulmonologist if I can help it.
Dr.Mares was a blessing, during the worst time of my life— In October of 2024 I walked in to see my mom on a ventilator in the ICU, I had hope that she was going to be okay. Dr.Mares sadly told me that she was brain dead. She had been (allegedly) murdered. Dr.Mares immediately helped me by contacting the detectives on my behalf so I could setup a meeting with them. 3 stars only cause its so hard to get someone to answer the phone and can't leave a voicemail Need refills work nights, stay up till internet and I know they are open 25 minutes after 9a and nobody picking up phone still.. PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES
He is definitely a 5 star Pulmonary Dr. He has and continues to keep a close eye on my lungs. He's great !
