Long story short... Everything he did was above and beyond. From the moment he diagnosed me with cancer , I truly felt the compassion and care in his voice. Not only that but his actions proved that as well. He's very prompt with giving test results, explaining them thoroughly, & really listening out if I had any questions. I asked to help with reading Frestyle results . They told me I needed an appointment. I got he device thru the VA and this office refused to help. They said they would call back and never did. They also told me I could not get my scripts as I was not signed up for Comminity Care. I am on Medicare, which they knew. I had to explain. I do not use Community Care and am 100% SDV before they would send my sripts to the VA. I thought my appt. was with Dr. Lieb and instead was seen by a Nigerian woman who gave me no credetials .
