Dr Harkins of AOC performed rotator cuff repair surgery on my right shoulder June 8th, 2023. Now my left shoulder needs the same surgery. I’ll be scheduling it soon. My experience with Dr Harkins has been great. I would recommend him for anyone having shoulder or knee issues. He is a very caring and attentive doctor.
I came in for ongoing knee pain that hasn’t improved in months/ years —even after doing the physical therapy they already sent me to once before. Instead of actually trying to figure out what’s going on this time, the doctor barely listened and just referred me back to PT again. No new imaging, no new ideas, just the same routine. It feels like they’re guessing or just trying to rush me out. I’m in pain every day and still have no real answers. Really disappointed with the lack of effort or concern.
Had injection in right shoulder for arthritic pain. Plan to have injection in left shoulder next week. Feel good with Dr Harkins.
