Excellent place to go, they’re so nice & great with children
I had an appointment on Tuesday at 10:30, I got a call last Friday to see if I could come in at 10:10 instead . I arrived at around 10:00. I sat in the waiting room until 10:35. No one bothered to come out and apologize and say we are running late and we will be with you soon. When I finally got to the chair the doctor came in and washed his hands, no greeting, no apology. Super dental care! Everyone was outgoing and cheerful Dr Forest did a bridge prep on the upper front in quick time efficiently and had time to talk and answer all my questions. I am a nervous patient. All of these things reduced my anxiety to normal before he was finished!
my respect for the staff at this location was lost this morning. After months of having a procedure scheduled, there was never any mention of the cost of my copay prior to me arriving for my appointment, that had been set for 3 months. It wasn’t until I physically got there, after taking time off work, they cancelled my procedure and said the doctor wouldn’t do anything, without me paying an astronomical copay, THAT THE COST WAS NEVER EXPLAINED PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT.
