I started going here 2 years ago and was very satisfied. I was telling everyone that was the best dentist office there was. Now they are very unprofessional and dont care about their patients. I had a tooth that was in severe pain called to make an emergency appointment and the made me wait 3 weeks then the day of my appointment I get a text saying the dentist called out and rescheduled me for another 2 weeks. Excellent place to go, they’re so nice & great with children
I had an appointment on Tuesday at 10:30, I got a call last Friday to see if I could come in at 10:10 instead . I arrived at around 10:00. I sat in the waiting room until 10:35. No one bothered to come out and apologize and say we are running late and we will be with you soon. When I finally got to the chair the doctor came in and washed his hands, no greeting, no apology.
