I’m still waiting on “the letter” he left private practice to go work at the hospital and I just heard this week that he is going back into private practice again! Apparently his life and his office is not in order. I do not recommend that anyone choose Dr. David Butler as the physician for any reason. He left a lot of people with many questions and some of us in a dire situation as far as medicines needed and needing to be under a doctors care. Very disappointed in how he handled his closing of his office. I was a patient for over 15 yrs and felt he owed not just me but all his patient more respect than he gave us. He claims in a message that letters were sent out. NEVER GOT ONE. I found out he shut his doors from another dr of mine. Then when trying to get things handled I had questions in regards to somethings and called left multiple messages with him and his office manager and NEVER got a return call back. Great primary care provider
I started seeing Dr Butler about 8-10 months ago and liked him. Last time in was told he would be out of office for 4 months as he was working in the Hospital during that time. About 3-4 weeks ago I got a recorded message from his office that it was closed and know longer seeing patient, but would be receiving a letter with a referral to another Doctor but have never recieved any letter, I have called his office several times just an answering machine know call back nothing. Loved this office and Dr Butler and Caleb Davis. Was scheduled for July and got a call saying the doctor was going away for 2 months so they rescheduled me for this week. 2 weeks ago I got a call saying all appointments were cancelled as the doctor was no longer going to see patients in the office, only in facilities. Told I had 60 days where they would still call in prescriptions.
