I do not recommend Dr David Brown. He was dismissive when I was asking questions or tried to explain symptoms. On the other hand, his staff always responded to my questions and returned my call promptly.
Very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this office. As the first point of contact for patients, the receptionist should be welcoming, professional, and courteous, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would give it a zero, the front lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me and my relative twice when asking for her name and to speak to office manager. First of all I called to let them know my grandma’s ambulance was running 20mins late due to heavy rain and traffic, she straight up told me they didn’t have time for my grandma and have other patients to be seen and I told her I would call back to reschedule when I called back to reschedule I pursue to tell her that what she said to me earlier was rude ... read more
Although the office was VERY busy, we didn’t feel rushed or ignored. Dr. Brown was extremely kind and thorough. Super happy we found him!!
This is my second time visiting the doctor. A I have a very nice experience. I had others neurologist and until now I think I found one that really listen to me.
