Poor availability. Only open M - Th. No hours before 8:30 AM or after 5 pm. All records are paper. Has not moved to electronic records or billing. Expensive compared to other orthodontics in the area. Staff is arrogant and do not act like they are there to serve the patients compared to their own convenience.
