Always running on schedule, flexible with rescheduling, friendly staff, nice waiting room. Nice assortment of rubber band colors. :)
Poor availability. Only open M - Th. No hours before 8:30 AM or after 5 pm. All records are paper. Has not moved to electronic records or billing. Expensive compared to other orthodontics in the area. Staff is arrogant and do not act like they are there to serve the patients compared to their own convenience. Takes several days for a return call. great experience , I loved all my visits . the doctors and the staff were all great and welcoming . and i love my teeth ;)
Figure out a way to alleviate pain when dealing with ortho patients with sensitive teeth. The sanding tool for shaping and removing âInvisalign dotsâ causes major discomfort - are there topical options to reduce the pain?
We should know techs name for future appointments. Its hard to see the same person.
