Dr. Blatt did a two level cervical fusion and a single level lumbar fusion. He knew what he was doing! The surgeries went as planned and recovery care, though managed by PAs, was more than adequate. He was able to diagnose the issues expertly and to justify the need to insurance quickly so that long term nerve damage was potentially reduced. Doctor has his PA do all post op visits. You never see him again. PA has given me conflicting harmful postoperative advise and denied access to physican. Surgery went Ok but abysmal post op course because of PA and no way to get past her to consult the MD. Going elsewhere for next spine surgery.
