I’m a warfarin patient with severe arthritis in my knees and back, a tumor on my ovary, migraines, and menstrual cramps. I’ve had a well-managed norco prescription for my chronic pain for the last 5 years. Dr. Thio insists acetaminophen should work, and I should lose some weight. 2nd visit in 4 weeks, it’s like the first time again. “Why do you take norco, I won’t prescribe it.” I explain all over again. He tells me to take acetaminophen. And lose some weight. I leave the office in tears.
I had a horrible experience!!! I waited almost an hour to see her for my lab results. when I finally got in there she told me my platelets were really high and as I was asking her questions about it (because I know nothing about what that means to my body) she said to stop eating kale and go back in a month. I proceeded to ask her more on it and she just got frustrated, said lets go to the hallway to show you. She had her nurse give me a copy of my lab work and left to another consultation.
Doesn't ask or notify you what she is doing while examining you, a very uncomfortable experience, started a breast exam without telling me before. She completely ignored that I was pregnant, rushed through my physical, and rushed out of the room before I could even ask any questions. My experience was so uncomfortable and impersonal I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
Dr. David Berke is an excellent doctor. I am extremely happy with his services. The communication between us and his staff is amazing. His staff and him are very friendly and welcoming. He makes me feel very comfortable and the best part is that he doesn’t let his patients wait that long. I’m out within 15-20mins.
I didn't get Dr Le as my pregnancy Dr, however he was the Dr oncall when I went into labor with my son. He made me so comfortable and made my labor experience so smooth I wish I had him while I was pregnant. If I choose to have another child I am definitely going to him as my regular OB for my pregnancy. Thank you Dr Le!!!
Never got a chance to meet Dr Berke. I did my confirmation of pregnancy there and the office staff was not welcoming. The clerk did not have a friendly personality and they all seemed to sit and stare while I checked in. It was a very awkward experience so I decided not to go back for my follow up. I’m sure Dr Berke is a great Dr considering all the reviews but remember that most of your experience is dealing with office staff and nurses. Not a good experience for me.
Dr. Saito has been so excellent. He spent almost an hour and a half with my 5 year old helping me get answers and was very thorough and patient. I couldn't be happier or more impressed. He truley cares about his patients.
Dr Saito is great with my son. he walks in and says hi to him first thing and asks him how he’s doing engages in conversation with him. unlike other drs he is very thorough and addresses all of my concerns and is very friendly and easy to talk to. my son has a fear of going to the drs but is at ease in his office. just wish it was easier to get sooner appointments he’s usually booked solid from a week to a month out. but all in all worth the wait he also works urgent care fridays until 9pm
On my first visit to Dr.Thio we wished to have my prescriptions switched over. We gave him an exact list of the medications. Instead he wrote a different prescription for one of the meds and our pharmacist questioned it and called and messaged Dr. Thio to ask about this. He did not respond. When questioned about it he said the pharmacist was not even a doctor and had no answer for why he did not respond to the pharmacist. Dr. Thio concluded it was our fault. Strongly suggest you stay away.
