Very poor on doing follow up I sent a message didn’t get a reply the next day my doctor’s nurse called after talking with her she said she would need to consult my physician and get back to me on Friday Friday had passed and no return call very unprofessional

I met Dr Jurkovic and Dr Sasso when I was hospitalized. They were wonderful! When it came time for my follow up appointment dealing with the office staff was a nightmare! The office staff are rude and unprofessional. They are a barrier to patient care and were successful in blocking my access to a follow up with Dr. Sasso. I contacted the office manager, Christina, in an attempt to resolve the issue. After speaking with Christina, I discovered why this office feels it’s ok to be rude and unprofessional. She models it well.

RecommendedThe nursing staff was amazing we had Valerie and she was awesome not happy with the other side the scheduling side not so great they lose paper work and say they don't get things almost cancelled because of the issues and Dr Bhargava was great
